Easy steak meal

I like these small tenderloin tips for those light dinners for one. Easy to pan fry and delicious to eat with mac and cheese or potato. A fast, fail proof way to satisfy a hunger for a light beef gourmet meat!

Grilling perfection

Grilled these with salt and pepper. Who could ask for anything more. Made a great light dinner. Excellent flavor. Enjoying know that I'm eating "safe" meat.
