I bought a small tenderloin tip to meet my teenage grandson's taste for a steak and eggs breakfast. I was shocked when his sister made a steak and eggs meal request for dinner. I simply pan fried the steak with salt and pepper for seasoning and found myself in the middle of a food fight for that the small steak. I've enjoyed some great steaks in my day, but rarely one that was so tender that a fork could replace a knife. This Lockwood Ranch steak was deliciously tender and paired well with the eggs!
