Our goal is to make it easy for you to get healthy, pasture-raised meat for you and your family. At checkout, you can choose from either delivery or pickup.

• Delivery: We make getting premium, ranch-raised beef and pork easy and dependable. Every Tuesday, we'll bring your order directly to your door — packed frozen, delivered by our team, and handled with care from our ranch to your table.

• Pickup: Every Saturday in the parking lot of Williamson Farmers Co-Op between 10am and 2pm. Just swing through - you can park or you can just pull right up! We'll get your order out of the freezer and you'll be on your way!

We will be expanding our delivery area in the future. If your zip code is not listed here, feel free to send us a message to let us know you're interested in delivery. This will help us gauge demand and expand our delivery route efficiently.

We deliver every Tuesday. Place your order before Monday at 6pm and it will be delivered that Tuesday.

Your order will arrive frozen. We ask that you leave a cooler on your porch with ice packs inside help maintain the temperature of your frozen order. If you forget to leave out a cooler, don't worry! We will leave your order in one of our premium insulated totes.

We always recommend refrigerating or freezing your items immediately after delivery to help maintain peak freshness.

No-Knock Delivery

At Lockwood Ranch, we want your delivery to be convenient while also being respectful of your home and your time. That’s why we follow a no-knock delivery policy as our standard.

Our drivers typically do not knock or ring doorbells to help avoid waking sleeping babies, agitating dogs, or interrupting those working from home.

Your order will be placed safely at your front door or the specified delivery location, and you’ll receive confirmation once your delivery is complete.

Prefer a Knock?

If you’d like your driver to knock or ring the doorbell when your order arrives, simply include a request in your order notes or delivery instructions.

Unless you specifically request otherwise, our standard no-knock delivery policy will apply.

Won't be Home?

No problem! Just leave a cooler by the door, preferably with ice packs to help ensure your order stays cold.

Our delivery rate is simple. Just $15 for your order to arrive at your door.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

If your order arrives with:

• Damaged packaging
• Incorrect items
• Quality Concerns

Please contact us immediately.

Once we deliver your order, we cannot be held responsible for it - this includes theft, weather, animals or your neighbor who may be grilling when you get home!

If we're given an incorrect address for delivery, we cannot be held responsible. Please double check your account address as well as the address selected in SHOP during checkout.

We review each situation individually and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the issue.

Every Saturday from 10AM–2PM, swing by our trailer in the parking lot of Williamson Farmers Co-Op at 200 Eddy Ln, Franklin TN 37064 to pick up your order.
