I'm usually

I love good steak however an excellent steak makes for an exceptional and memorible dining experience. Ribeyes and filets are typical my and most folks goto. Lockwood had a Delmonico steak available and I jumped on it. It's definitely a cut above but not widely available. The history behind a demonico steak is interesting although many would equate a boneless ribeye to the delmonico cut. Not so. The delmonico is a select, premium ribeye cut. I guess you might equate it to the difference between a chuck end vs the loin end prime rib cuts..there's a noticable difference. Lockwood's delmonico has a fantastic super premium quality about it and if available, worth a taste...warning. you'll be hooked!
