I recently purchased New York Strip steaks from Lockwood Ranch, and they were phenomenal! I typically lean toward Ribeye for flavor, but these strips were an absolute delight. The steaks were juicy, tender, and required nothing more than a simple seasoning of salt and pepper to shine on the grill.
What truly sets these apart is that they come from grass-fed animals. This not only enhances the taste but also means they cook faster to your desired level of doneness compared to standard store-bought steaks.
Lockwood Ranch has won me over, and I’ll definitely be buying these again. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates high-quality, flavorful beef!
