We tried the Osso bucca again and using my Google receive met with unparalleled success. We love Lockwood Range beef. The taste in my opinion is discernable compared to any grocery store. It's at a level you taste at top rated gourmet restaurants. Highly recommended.

Decided to try this since your website actually described what it was. I've seen it on menu's at restaurants but I was always afraid, not knowing what it was. Found a recipe online and it was delicious. It melted in my mouth with such tremendous flavor. I'll be back for this one.
