Ingredients:
- Chuck Roast
- Olive Oil
- Favorite seasoning
Method:
Rub chuck roast with Olive Oil as a binder
Season with favorite seasoning
Smoke at 200 degrees until roast hits an internal temp of 145 degrees
wrap roast then put back on smoker at 225 degrees until internal temperature reaches 205 degrees
Pull and let rest for 1 hour
slice and serve!
