Slow Cooker Osso Bucco

What is Osso Bucco?

Osso buco is a delicious Italian dish that's as flavorful as it is fun to say! It's made from tender, braised veal or beef shanks, cooked slowly until they're meltingly tender. The name "osso buco" even translates to "bone with a hole," referring to the rich marrow-filled bone at the center. This dish is all about hearty comfort and the joy of savoring succulent meat and aromatic herbs. It's like a warm, flavorful hug for your taste buds that'll leave you feeling like you've just enjoyed a taste of Italy's culinary soul.
