What is Osso Bucco?

Ingredients:
4 osso bucco
1 Tsp beef bouillon
1oz Packet Brown Gravy Mix
1oz Packet Aujus Gravy Mix
1 32oz Beef Stock (4cups)
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp black pepper
All purpose Flour
Method:
- Season Osso Bucco with salt and pepper then dry brine overnight uncovered on rack in refrigerator
- Dust all sides of the Osso with flour
- Sear over med-hi heat in large cast iron skillet
- Place in slow cooker on low
- Add garlic, gravy packets, bouillon and beef stock
- Cook for 8-10 hours with lid on then serve
